Donate Today! | The Savannah Council on World Affairs (SCWA) is an all volunteer organization. It generates its working funds mostly through membership dues, sponsorships, and guest fees. These funds enable us to rent the auditorium space, pay for our speaker's expenses, and provide modest rewards and awards for our student scholars. They do not provide sufficient funds to pay the honorariums that "marquee" speakers demand, nor do they allow us to increase the level of student prizes to a point that would encourage greater and higher quality participation. Your donation can help us raise the level of dialog within our community and bring a richer awareness of the US role in the world to our members and students. | |
